I would like to announce that Marisa Conte, who graduated this week from the Library & Information Science Program, Wayne State University, was awarded an Associate Fellows position in NLM's Associate Fellowship Program.

Marisa's area of concentration in the LIS Program was health sciences. She worked as a graduate assistant in the Science Library on campus, did a practicuum at Henry Ford Hospital, and volunteered for a year at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. She is also a member of MDMLG and regularly attended meetings.

Please join me in wishing her a great learning experience and lots of success in her new career.
