Promotion of MDMLG Health
Sciences Award
Goals and Objectives
- Publish the annual MDMLG Directory on the MDMLG website in time for the first General Business meeting of the fiscal year.
- Maintain the MDMLG membership records, including updating the directory information and mailing labels. Work with the Webmaster to ensure information on website is complete and accurate.
- Generate mailing labels when requested.
- Collect the fiscal year dues.
- Send notification of new members to the Public Relations Committee and Webmaster.
Accomplishments
- The membership renewal forms were mailed to current members in May of 2006.
- The directory was posted to the MDMLG website in August 2006.
- Mailing labels were also posted to the MDMLG website in the members only portion.
- Additions to the directory and mailing labels were posted generally monthly.
- Current membership stands at: 62 personal, 7 student, 6 emeritus and 23 institutional for a total of 98—the same as last year.
