MHSLA Representative Annual Report - 2003-2004

• To represent the Metropolitan Detroit Medical Library Group at the Executive Board of the Michigan Health Sciences Libraries Association.

• To participate in the decision making process of MHSLA.

• To provide a communication link between MHSLA and MDMLG.

All MHSLA Board meetings were held at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. 

The Transitional Board meeting was conducted at Zender’s Restaurant in Frankenmuth during the annual conference in October 2003.

Board meetings attended included:
November 2003
January, March and May 2004

Reports, of MDMLG activities and plans, occurring since the last reporting session, were presented at each MHSLA board meeting.

A report, in kind, was presented at each MDMLG board and general meeting, detailing the activities and plans of the state (MHSLA) organization.

Concerns, suggestions and input were relayed to each respective organization.
