2001-2002

1. Maintain two organizational listservs: one for MDMLG members and other interested individuals, and one for the MDMLG Executive Board members.
2. Maintain an informational web site for MDMLG.
3. Publish the MDMLG Directory 2001-2002 on the web site rather than in print, making it available in just HTML format.

Five issues of the MDMLG Newsletter (September 2001, November 2001, February 2002, April 2002 and June 2002) were published on the MDMLG web site (http://www.mdmlg.org/members/news.htm)  version of each Newsletter issue was also developed for the September, November and February issues. Then this format was eliminated due to lack of interest.

The Announcements for each of the MDMLG Programs were put on the web site, along with the maps / directions to each location and the Evaluation Form (http://www.mdmlg.org/meeting.htm). The Power Point Presentations of many of the speakers were also included on the web site.

The Meeting Minutes for both the General Membership Meetings and the Executive Board Meetings were mounted on the Members-Only portion of the web site (http://www.mdmlg.org/members/minutes.htm). In addition, the Treasurer's Reports for this fiscal year were included on the Members-Only portion of the web site (http://www.mdmlg.org/members/treasurer.htm).

The MDMLG Directory was updated initially in August with current information obtained from the MDMLG Membership Committee, and subsequently updated monthly (http://www.mdmlg.org/members/directory.htm). Only one version of the Directory was maintained this year – in HTML.

Many other web pages were added to the MDMLG web site: Public Relations Committee Membership Brochure, Public Relations Committee Outreach Program Survey, Race For The Cure information, Announcements of all the CE classes sponsored by MDMLG, and Biographical Sketches for the 2002-2003 Elections.

All current MDMLG members were added to the MDMLG-L listserv.

The entire MDMLG web site was overhauled last summer, reformatting and updating the pages as needed and adding navigation links. In addition, the MDMLG logo was changed.

The MDMLG Username and Password for the Members-Only portion of the web site were changed in the fall after the membership renewals were completed.

The entire MDMLG web site was archived on CD ROM and submitted to the MDMLG Archives. This procedure will be continued once a year.
