Membership Goals & Objectives 2006-2007

COMMITTEE CHARGE :

Membership Services is charges with performing the following functions:

Producing and distributing the MDMLG Directory
Maintaining the membership records, including updating records and producing labels.
Coordinating the annual membership renewal process.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES 2006-2007

Publish the annual MDMLG Directory on the MDMLG website in time for the first General Business meeting of the fiscal year.
Maintain the MDMLG membership records, including updating directory information and mailing labels. Work with the Webmaster to ensure information on the website is complete and accurate.
Generate mailing labels when requested.
Collect the fiscal year dues.
Send notification of new members to the Public Relations Committee and Webmaster.
