PayPal Instructions

You may want to print out these instructions if you are planning on paying by credit card.

Print out the Membership Form or the Registration Form, fill it out and mail / fax it to the person specified on the form.
Next, go to the MDMLG web page and click the appropriate button to pay by credit card.
Scroll to the bottom of the web page, look for "Don't Have a PayPal Account?", and click on "Continue". You do not need a PayPal Account. You do not need to register or login to PayPal.
Fill out your name, billing address, and credit card information.
Click on "Review Order and Continue".
You can print out your order at the end of the process, along with your confirmation number.
You will also receive an email confirmation immediately after your transaction.
